No. Options Estate Services never charges upfront fees or deposits. Our commission is based solely on a percentage of the final proceeds, which means you pay nothing out of pocket.

You’ll typically receive payment within 7–10 business days after the sale. This allows time to reconcile transactions and provide you with a detailed statement of proceeds.
Yes, but it’s not required. Many families prefer to step away during the sale to reduce stress. Either way, our team will handle everything professionally on your behalf.
We take appropriate measures to have ample staff onsite during your sale to guard against theft or damage. We have uniformed staff who are easy to identify not only to help customers but also “thwart off bad apples.” If requested (or required) we may also hire off-duty police officers or independent security professionals for your sale.
